Shipment processing time
We strive to process all orders as efficiently as possible. For items marked as "In Stock" our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. For items "Available on Backorder" these are typically restocked within one to two weeks. However, we recommend contacting us for an estimated shipping date before placing your order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. During holiday seasons or periods of high order volume, there may be occasional delays in processing times. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email and appreciate your understanding during these critical circumstances.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all details of your order, the tracking ID, and a link to track your package. This will allow you to stay informed about the status of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.
