Returns & Refunds

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel any items within 14 days of receipt of your complete order, please inform us of your decision by contacting us. There is no requirement to provide a reason for cancellation. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the goods are faulty. Additionally, goods cannot be returned as faulty if a specific defect was clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

All items must be returned in “as new” condition, meaning they should show no signs of use, wear and tear, or damage.

Packing Returned Items

In order to ensure the safe return of your items, it is essential that you retain all original packaging until you have decided to keep the goods. Please note that an additional charge will be applied for items returned without the original packaging.

When returning items, it is important that they are packed in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate internal packaging to protect the items and prevent them from moving around during transit. This will help to avoid scratches or damage. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return may be refused or refund reduced if items are not packaged correctly. Please note that the cost of returning items to us must be covered by the customer, except in cases where the goods are faulty and still under warranty.


Upon receipt of your returned items, we will process refunds as quickly as possible and typically complete the process within 3-5 business days.

Please note that refunds can only be issued using the same method of payment that was originally used to purchase the goods.

Please note that this policy is not applicable if the goods have been modified or altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is a result of misuse by the purchaser.
