We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address. When using Paypal as a payment method we must ship the item to the shipping address provided on the transaction details page in your PayPal account. So that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 – PAYMENT METHODS

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch any goods. All Prices are quoted and include all Taxes & VAT.
We never ask for credit card numbers, we offer PayPal, an external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.

We accept the following forms or payment (within Europe):

– Bank Transfer

We also accept the following forms or payment (Portugal ONLY):
– Multibanco
– Cash
– Paypal
– Bank Transfer

We do not accept:
– Postal orders
– Cheques

We do not take any responsibility for any import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the European Union zone.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

 

SECTION 11 – WARRANTY

 

• New items come with a 24 month warranty (this does not include strings or valves which have a limited warranty period).

 

• Used/2nd hand items have a 30 day warranty.

 

If product was used and maintained normally, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations or the terms of the warranty.

This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.

 

SECTION 12 – CUSTOMER RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you wish to return any items within the 14 day Right To Cancel period, must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us, within 14 days of receiving the complete order (there is no requirement to give a reason for cancelling).

Customer must send the goods back within 14 days. Customer have to pay for the cost of returning the goods, unless goods are faulty.

Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer in the product description.

All items must be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition meaning they should show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage.

 

Packing Returned Items

Please retain all the original packaging for your items until you have decided to keep the goods, this is very important as an additional charge will be made for items returned without the original packaging.

Must be packed in a strong cardboard box with appropriate internal packaging to protect the items and prevent them from moving around in transit to avoid scratches or damage.

We cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return will be refused or refund reduced if items are not packaged correctly.

 

SECTION 13 – REFUNDS

Once returned to us we will process a full refund, where delivery has been charged on the original shipment we will refund our delivery charge.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and normally take 3-5 working days.

Please note the cost of returning the items to us must be covered by the customer (this does not apply to faulty goods still under warranty).

 

SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms & Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

 

SECTION 16 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
